How do I set my delivery location?

Tap the DELIVER TO box in the header. You can allow your browser to detect your current location, or type your 6-digit PIN code. We show products from sellers near you first, and All India products from every seller.

How do I place an order?

Open a product, check the price, seller and delivery details, then add it to your bag and check out. The seller is notified of your order and confirms it with you.

How do payments work?

You pay the seller directly by UPI or bank transfer. MyStorHub does not charge buyers any fee. Always check the seller name, UPI ID and amount before you pay, and never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone.

Where can I see my orders?

Open the menu (three lines, top left) and tap My Orders.

What does the "All India" label mean?

The seller ships that product anywhere in India. Products without this label may be limited to the seller's own area.

How do returns and refunds work?

A product or seller looks suspicious. What should I do?

Email us the link to the product or store and tell us what looks wrong. We review every report and may remove listings or suspend sellers who break our rules.

How do I become a seller?

Choose Sell on MyStorHub, create your seller account, confirm your email and add your products. The Free plan lets you list up to 10 products. Open Plans to compare Growth, Business and Unlimited.

I cannot log in to my account.

Check that you have confirmed your email address using the link we sent you. If the problem continues, contact support with the email address you registered with.

Which languages are available?

The site is in English by default. Open the menu and choose Language to see the Indian languages we are adding.
